    Hi I created a developer account and tested my store in sandbox mode. The transaction went through perfectly and even got it in my orders section of my woocommerce dashboard but it says the order is “on hold” why?

    It sounds like your store is not receiving an IPN notification from your payment gateway following the payment, so the order status doesn’t get changed.

    We would need a little more information to better understand the issue.

    • Which plugin(s) are you employing for payments?
    • Which payment method and which payment gateway (such as PayPal, Stripe, etc.) is being used on your test?
    • Are you seeing any order notes?
