    I’m having issues with the Sales Tax module not working and leaving the tax subtotal as $0.00.

    I tested manually creating sales tax rates by adding a specific zip code and 10% tax rate and it actually worked. When i switch it back to automated, it gives $0 again.

    Here’s the log. Side note, I’m using Bundled products, hence why so many products. I’ve also changed the addresses for privacy in the logs:

    I understand that you’re having issues with the automated tax not working and leaving the tax subtotal as $0.00.

    Based on the logs you provided, there’s no nexus and hence no tax is being collected. Nexus is a legal term that refers to the requirement for businesses to collect sales tax in a particular state. If you don’t have a nexus in the state where the order is being shipped, no tax will be collected.

    For us to check this further, please share with us a clear screenshot of the following settings below:

    • General Settings (WooCommerce > Settings > General)
    • Tax Settings (WooCommerce > Settings > Tax)
    • Tax Classes (Standard Rates, Reduced Rates)
