    We can’t offer support for the paid plugin on this forum, and reports are part of the paid plugin. Please contact directly on the site for such issues.

    As a short answers, our own reporting works only with the default WooCommerce checkout page. I suspect that you use some form of custom checkout.

    This relates ONLY to our own reports, NOT Meta, Google, or other tags installed inside the plugin.
