    Hello dfrancis,

    Thank you for your reply.

With the response provided previously, I wanted to emphasize the importance of compatibility checks between WooCommerce core updates and any third-party extensions in use. It serves as a good practice to ensure smooth transitions during updates.

Could please check what is current status of Order data storage settings on your site? Here is how you can check it: https://woo.com/document/high-performance-order-storage/#section-3

I’m keen on working with you to help restore your site’s sales performance and stability.

    Best regards.

this was enabled before the update to 8.5.1

Would this have cause slow site performance after update? How did it revert back to not being selected?

    Hello dfrancis

    Thank you for your reply.

It is possible that disabling HPOS may have had an effect on the performance. The HPOS is designed to improve the overall website performance.

Regarding your question about how it reverted back to not being selected, it could be related to the method you used to roll back the plugin version.

Please let me know if there is anything else I can assist you with. ??

    Best regards.
