Hello I am seeing 2 problems in woocomerce reports.

    Problem 1 :
On my dashboard it shows Rs.146,150 in total sales this month, but when i go to detailed reports it shows less that than and only Rs.117,500 see screenshots below.

    Problem 2 :
If i want to see reports from previous months it shows everything ZERO, i has not data for even the previous month or any month other than the current month, even though my store is running for 1.5 years now.

See screen shot of this problem below here — >> https://imgur.com/ogndZXI

    Dashboard does not include refunds.

Servers which cannot handle large queries may not return reports. 2.5 added code to workaround this.

Hi Mike, thanks for taking the time to help me ??

But i have no refunds in that month. You can also see that something is wrong because on this screen shot it shows total orders (completed orders) for January are 44 —>> https://imgur.com/zgKTxkA

but in the reports section it shows total orders placed are 34 which is not true —>> https://imgur.com/ZKoKADS

Can you count the orders in the list view and see if they match the 44 reported?

    Thread Starter gComm

    (@gcommercepk)

yes counted them manually and there are 44 orders for january ….

Can you see if the report changes if you manually input the dates for Jan.

eveything is same even after putting dates manually via date picker ??

    (@mikejolley)

Last thing. enable the date column in orders section and ensure the dates are all in jan.

Do you mean like this — >> https://imgur.com/5juE5Ko

Yeah. Next, can you narrow down the report dates to work out which orders are missing? E.g. report on 1st to the 10th and ensure there are ’12’.

    (@gcommercepk)

Just did what you said ?? everything is fine from 11th to 31st Jan. The problem is that it is showing only 4 orders for 1st jan to 10th jan, but actually there are 12 orders from 1st-10th.

All calculations are fine after 10 jan ….

I wonder if its timezone related. Do those orders show in the last day of december report?

    Thread Starter gComm

    (@gcommercepk)

No December and all previous results are completely zero ! that is problem number two mentioned in the first post above along with a screenshot

Just do custom range for dec 31st to jan 1st.
