Hello team…after changing and creating a new woocommerce eshop having completed the necessary export – import moves from the old site I am facing a problem with the reports on turnover revenue etc. While the new eshop is running for about 1 month in the sales reports “woocommerce -> reports” nothing at all is displayed…I followed several fixes I found on the internet without any result. If anyone has encountered this in the past and can help save me!!!

  • Hi @mezilisal!

    Thank you for reaching out.

after changing and creating a new woocommerce eshop having completed the necessary export – import moves from the old site I am facing a problem with the reports on turnover revenue etc. While the new eshop is running for about 1 month in the sales reports “woocommerce -> reports” nothing at all is displayed

I understand that after importing a previous store to a new one, WooCommerce Reports are not displaying any information after running for 1 month, correct?

If so, kindly note that with the release of WooCommerce 4.0 in March 2020, these reports are deprecated and won’t receive further updates. Instead of Reports, the Analytics section is available for users running WordPress 5.3+, and we recommend using those.

Kindly try the following to see if it helps to solve the issue. Please go to WooCommerce -> Status -> Tools and:

    • Clear the expired transients of your site and WooCommerce

    • Scroll down and select the Clear option in the Clear analytics cache section.
    • Then, select the Reimporting Historical Data option.

    • Scroll down to the Import Historical Data section and Start the import.

Once you do this, please check if the issue is solved.

    I hope this helps.

Let us know how it goes for you!

We haven’t heard back from you in a while, so I’m going to mark this as resolved – we’ll be here if and/or when you are ready to continue.
