    Hello, last month i installed a wordpress for woocommerce. The issue is woocommerce reports not showing any data while my woocommerce analytics reports shows data. how do i settings it?

    It seems WooCommerce →? Reports are not displaying any data, however the correct data is appearing in Dashboard →? Analytics, correct?

    I suspect that the issue that you’re experiencing could be related to caching issues. Checking your system status report, I see that you have the following drop-in plugin:

    advanced-cache.php: advanced-cache.php

    I’ve seen some cases where this kind of cache plugin generates conflicts, can you see if temporarily disabling this resolves the issue?

    You should be able to disable it by renaming the advanced-cache.php file located at your wp-content folder (you can rename it to _advanced-cache.php) or reach your hosting support to ask them to disable it for you.

    You can also ask your hosting support to see if you’re running any other caching systems in your server and try to disable them to see if the issue is solved.

    i already contact my hosting support and they said

    I have already?disabled ModSecurity,?advanced-cache.php?file, and cleared the cache. However, the issue persists, and there are no relevant errors in the server logs regarding the?WooCommerce report. It seems to be related to the?WooCommerce plugin?or a potential conflict with other active plugins.

    I’d suggest performing a full conflict test at this point to see if there are perhaps any theme/plugin conflicts causing the issue. You can do this by following the steps outlined in the support guide below:

    To prevent testing on your live site, you can use the free Health Check plugin which will allow you to deactivate plugins and switch themes while you’re still logged in, without affecting normal visitors to your site.

    hello, i already tested whether the plugin have conflicts or not, i had installed health check and enable troubleshoot mode. I only enable the woocommerce but still the Woocommerce -> Reports doenst shows any data. Any other suggestions ?

    As a next step, can you please head to WooCommerce → Status → Tools, and do the following to see if this makes any difference:

    • WooCommerce transients – Clear
    • Expired transients?–?Clear
    • Clear analytics cache – Clear

    Just to confirm, do you see the correct data under the Analytics section?

    Can you try to import “Import Historical Data” from WP Admin → Analytics → Settings?

    If it’s still not working, check under?WooCommerce > Status > Scheduled Actions?to see if there are any stuck processes preventing the updated information from importing.

    Aside that, do you have any idea how to get customer retention from the Dashboard -> Analytics?

    It is not possible to do that by default. You might want to check third-party plugins for that.

    You can search for “woocommerce customer retention“, or something similar, on the Plugins > Add New section of your dashboard or on a search engine like Google, for example.

    Please note that we do not provide support for third-party plugins, so it is good to check the plugin thoroughly to see if it is reliable. You can find more about this in this guide.

    There is always a possibility of theme/plugins causing conflicts with default WooCommerce core functionality. Does temporarily deactivating Funnelkit make any difference?

    Feel free to create a a staging environment. This is a clone of your live site where you can test changes without affecting your live site. This can be done using the free WP Staging plugin.

    Additionally, can you check the WooCommerce →  Reports page using a different browser and see if this makes any difference? Sometimes browsers or browser extensions can also cause some unexpected behavior.

    If that makes no difference, can you please check the browser console on the WooCommerce →  Reports page and share any errors you may see there, with us here.

    hello! the woocommerce reports had shown but the numbers seems off and not tally with the dashboard -> analytics. i already tried to clear cache and import the orders but it still same, btw why my reports->customers-> customer list is blank while woocommerce->customers has data.

    Thank you for providing more insights about the issue you have.

    I understand you already cleared the Analytics cache, correct? If so, please try Reimporting Historical Data to see if it helps to solve the issue.

    To do this, please go to WooCommerce → Status → Tools and scroll down until you see the Clear Analytics cache section. Once there, please Clear the Analytics cache again and then select the Reimporting Historical Data option.

    Then, scroll down to the Import Historical Data section and Start the import.
