When you disabled the plugins, have you also switched to a default theme such as Storefront to check?
Can you try to import “Import Historical Data” from WP Admin → Analytics → Settings?
Also try going to?WooCommerce > Status > Tools > Clear analytics cache > Click Clear. Then try rerunning the report. (in case you did not cleared the cache for this specifically)
If it’s still not working, check under?WooCommerce > Status > Scheduled Actions?to see if there are any stuck processes preventing the updated information from importing.
Please let us know how it goes.
Having said that, as the warning message on WooCommerce > Report says, it is being replaced with Analytics.
