Woocommerce removes random reservations

    A few months ago it has been happening on my website that during the hours of 4.15am-4.30am, 5 to 10 reservations are automatically and randomly eliminated. What these reservations have in common is that they have the name “Birthday” since my site is for reservation of places, and it is reserved to celebrate birthdays.

    How do I prevent this from happening and/or why does it happen? It is very complicated for my business that these reservations are eliminated since the quotas are limited.

    I understand that some reservations on your site are being randomly eliminated between 415AM-430AM.

    Can you please share with us how reservations are being made on your site?
