Woocommerce Registration notification to user is not working

Hello,

I have installed wp-sms free version plugin in the site and I have taken shreesms.net gateway premium plan and configure the settings with success status in the plugin. Now we have woocommerce registration functionality in the website and I have activated “Register a new user” setting in the plugin and we are only getting admin notification sms when some user create or sign up in the website and user is not getting notification as mentioned in the plugin “Register a new user” setting. Please provide the suggestion or I can share my website access with you so can look into this.
