    Hi @oraura1

    Thank you for reaching out!

It seems that you have updated Tax settings and now those rate (17%) are being applied to the orders when you are recalculating the orders and adding items to the orders.

Since you have 17% tax rate set already, this will be applied to the new orders and for the orders that are modified by adding items or recalculating.

    I hope this helps.

    Hi,
I have set tax rate for specific city – 0% and for all other cities 17%.
Do I need to change the settings?
I dont want the tax(17%) to be applied when doing recalculation.

    Hello,

Thank you for your reply. Looking at this screenshot (https://snipboard.io/ZoDP1u.jpg), it looks like IL2600 is a postcode. If it is, you’ll need to move it to the Postcode/ZIP field.

To know more about setting up taxes, please refer to this page:

If the issue persists, could you please share a copy of your site’s System Status including your site URL? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”.? Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.

    Hi @oraura1

Just to add, if you are selling products to customers in Israel and setting a tax rate for a specific city, try using the city field to adjust the tax rate like below:
