    Hi

I got a WooCommerce Shop. I’ve set the shipping cost to 9€ and free shipping for minimum order value of 150€. A few days ago the shipping costs varies.

Order value 0-9€ it said no shipping cost

From 10 – 17 it said shipping cost

    18-99 no shipping cost

    100-150 shipping cost

    Anyone had a similar issue?

    Hi @jnaceart

I’m sorry to hear about the inconsistency in your shipping costs. For better assistance, can you provide a video showing the issue on your end? For video, you may use https://loom.com or https://www.awesomescreenshot.com/. Please follow the instructions on that page and then paste the URL into this thread.

However, this issue could possibly be due to a conflict with your shipping classes or zones. I recommend checking your settings to ensure they are set up correctly.

If the issue persists, it might be related to a plugin conflict. The best way to determine this is to:

    • Temporarily switch your theme to Storefront or Twenty Twenty-Four
    • Disable all plugins except for WooCommerce
    • Repeat the action that is causing the problem

If you’re not seeing the same problem after completing the conflict test, then you know the problem was with the plugins and/or theme you deactivated. To figure out which plugin is causing the problem, reactivate your other plugins one by one, testing after each, until you find the one causing conflict. You can find a more detailed explanation on how to do a conflict test here.

I hope that helps! Let me know once you have done a conflict test!

    hi Shameem,

    thanks for the fast reply!

I dont think a video would help, because the issue is as I described. When you change the quantity to the values above, the shippingcost changes.

I also deactivated the Theme, all Plugins and its still the same.

As you can see here: https://snipboard.io/9HeUDK.jpg
The total is 58€ = no shippingcost, so you it shows you two shipping options.

    Here: https://snipboard.io/bGjusc.jpg
The total is over 100€ = Shippingcost. Shows shipping cost, without the free shipping option.

I’d appreciate more assistance ?? Thanks in advance

    Hey, @jnaceart!

    Thank you for the information!

Can you please share some screenshots to help us investigate this further?

    We need screenshots of:

    • WooCommerce > Settings > Shipping
    • WooCommerce > Settings > Shipping > Click on Edit on a Shipping Zone
    • WooCommerce > Settings > Shipping > Click on Edit on a Shipping Zone > Click on edit on each shipping method so we can check the specific settings

If you can also share the link to your website so we can check it out, that would be great ??

    Looking forward to your reply.

    Have a wonderful day!

    Hi @carolm29 !

    Shipping Zone Detail : https://snipboard.io/fsNw7O.jpg https://snipboard.io/oMV6bt.jpg

I’d reluctantly post it here, is there another to send it to you? ??

    Thanks and best regards!

    Hey, @jnaceart!

    Thanks for the screenshots.

Everything seems correct with your settings.

I see you have a deactivated UPS option, is this related to any shipping plugins?

Do you mind deleting the free shipping and flat rate methods and adding them again? But make sure to not use the comma on the values. Set it to 9 and 150, not 9,00 and 150,00.

Once you save the system will add the comma automatically, this is expected, but please add them without it and check if the issue persists.

I’d reluctantly post it here, is there another to send it to you?

No, the support for the core plugin is handled here in the forum.

If you don’t feel comfortable sharing the website url here, are you able to create a staging site so you can share it?

You can ask your host if they offer this service, or you can use WP Staging for quickly spinning up a new test site.

    Looking forward to your reply.

    Have a wonderful day!

@jnaceart, glad to know that you were able to solve the issue by deleting and adding the shipment rates again.

With that said, we’d truly appreciate it if you would take a few minutes of your time and leave us a review.

    Thanks.
