hello and thanks in advance for support,

I use Atra theme but i prefer to build the product page using elementor,

my challenge for last two month is that quantity selector is not responding and showing error down left corner “javascript void(0)” each time i click + or –

I contacted Astra theme and have no willing to help as they checked the functionality by creating single product kit using elementor theme builder, it works fine, but i have very small details and customization for many products that can not be done with one single product kit.

Looking forward to hear from you how to solve this issue.

Looking at your site (the image and profile URL made the URL easy to find), you are an Elementor Pro v3.5.1 user. The developer can’t have a conversation with customers here. That’s not permitted for anyone.

For pro or commercial product support please contact the developer directly on their site. This includes any pre-sales topics as well.

As the developer is aware, commercial products are not supported in these forums. I am sure they will have no problem supporting you there.

I’d also suggest you check out our Elementor Community forum, we have created it to connect Elementor users together and share knowledge, my.elementor.com.
