Could you please share a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”.? Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.

This issue with the quantity field is a bug, and it has been reported to our developers here:?https://github.com/woocommerce/woocommerce/issues/36007

There is no timeline for a fix but the CSS code will work as a workaround. Feel free to subscribe to the issue, to follow its progress.
