Woocommerce Purolator Shipping Method: Purolator Ground not appearing in Canada

I am wondering if anyone has had any issues with Purolator shipping methods: https://www.woothemes.com/products/purolator-shipping-method/

On my site: https://artendijen.com/ on my shopping cart page, I fill in my Canadian address and Purlator Ground is not appearing, when I have it set as a shipping method, my store is based out of Canada, but I doubt thats why Purolator Ground is not appearing.

Any Ideas? or has anyone has this problem before?
