Woocommerce purchases on profiles public

It is possible, but will require some customization – I don’t know of any existing plugins for this. You won’t want to be showing all of the order info like it does in the WooCommerce My Account are though, as some is personal/private.

Afraid not. Certainly possible, but going to require custom code if there’s not an existing solution.
