wooCommerce – Products Visible only to some users?

    1 – Is it possible to restrict visibility of some products to only members of a certain group?
    2 – Is that possible with the free plugin or do I require the membership plugin? (I’m not looking to specifically sell memberships, only show some products to most users and all products (e.g. including wholesale) to a subset of users)

  • I would also like to know the answer to this, I’m building a woocommerce website for a wholesaler so ideally only the “customer” membership group would be able to see the prices.

    It is possible – I have set one up for wholesale customers before. I did not have to buy the membership plugin.

    Exactly, @handhugs is correct – in fact you will see the access restriction box if you install Groups on your products. Just make sure you have it enabled for the custom post type under Groups > Options.
