• I have an issue with WordPress Media Library and I can not find the solution. When I go the media library I see 183 items. Like there should be. Now if I apply a filter the number of items do not get less like normal but they soar (in my case over 1,000) because now the results include the requested filtered images PLUS all products I have in my WooCommerce store right in my media list. This never happend before if I recall correctly. It seems it happend after installing (and then uninstalling of the Enhanched Media Library plugin from wpUXsolutions) I do not know how to solve it. You can not delete them from the Media library because it is the link to the actual product page. (when you click edit or view it takes you to the actual product page). Any help would be appreciated. PS I want to reinstall the Enhanched Library plug in, but then this issues needs to be resolved.

    Hello @gerjo01,

Sorry for not replying in due time!

The issue is not quite clear to me. WordPress media library contains all images of your website including those attached to WooCommerce products. Items of the product post type cannot be a part of the media library because it allows “attachment” post type only. It is how WooCommerce and WordPress work.

Enhanced Media Library does not add WooCommerce products to the media library because it is not what it is intended for, and also it is simply impossible.

Are you sure that the issue is caused exactly by Enhanced Media Library? No one reported something similar so far.

    Best,
    -Nadia
