WooCommerce Products per Page

Hi again!

I‘m running a WooCommerce shop with chosen. I can’t convince my Homepage to show 12 products per page instead of 9. it doesn’t change anything to set different numbers for the row count or anything else. Even a plug-in to set the product count per page is doing nothing. Do you have a short css to solve this?
