woocommerce products disappear for no reason

It looks like products are randomly disappearing from the site, is this correct?

To better understand the exact issue you are experiencing, can you please clarify the following:

• Are these products disappearing from the front-end or the back end of the site (or both)?
• Are specific types of products disappearing, such as simple products, variable products, or specific categories?
• Have there been any recent updates or installations of new plugins or themes before this issue started occurring?
• Are there any error messages displayed when the products disappear?
• Have there been recent modifications or changes made to the site, such as code adjustments, database alterations, or server updates?
• Do you have any caching mechanisms enabled (e.g., server-side caching, caching plugins)? If so, have you tried clearing the cache to see if the products reappear?
• Have you noticed any pattern regarding the disappearing products? For instance, are they newly added items, or have they been on the site for some time?

Additionally, can you please share the following:

• System Status Report: navigate to?WooCommerce?→?Status. Select?Get system report?and then?Download for Support. This will download a TXT file that has the contents of the SSR which you can then share with us here.
• Fatal Error log: Share a copy of any fatal error log found under?WooCommerce?→?Status?→?Logs.

thanks for your answer.
I would like to add that the problem is solved by saving the page relating to the site’s permalinks (it’s the only solution), and on the stage site the problem does not appear:
Below are my observations to your questions:

1. The products are disappearing from the front-end, in the back-end remain unchanged
2. All the products disappear and they are simple products with costum fields
3. There aren’t any recent updates or installations of new plugins or themes
4. There aren’t any error messages displayed when the products disappear
5. I haven’t done recent modifications or changes made to the site
6. I had WP Fastest Cache but when the problem appeared, I tried clearing the cache but nothing happened, so I disabled the plugin
7. All the products disappear, both new and old. Sometimes the client add new products.

It looks like a third-party plugin or your theme might be causing the conflict here.

For us to investigate this further, can you please try to switch to the default Storefront theme and only WooCommerce plugin is enabled and see if this works?

If so, then this kind of problem is usually caused by your theme or a third-party plugin present on your site. We can run a conflict test to verify this. I’d recommend cloning your site to a staging environment and performing the tests described on this guide without modifying your live site or impacting customers.
