Woocommerce Product variations prices and WooCommerce Color and Image Swatches

Last wordpress version, last woocommerce version, last WooCommerce Color and Image Swatches version.

Any wordpress theme with support for woocommerce.

Example:

Variable product:

colors: A, B, C, D, E, F
Sizes: XS, S, M, L, XL, 2XL

Product variations (! in this order):

#1 color A – size 2XL – price 15$
#2 color A – any size(XS, S, M, L, XL) – price 10$
#3 any colors (B, C, D, E, F) – size 2XL – price 25$
#4 any colors (B, C, D, E, F) – any size (XS, S, M, L, XL) – price 20$

In regular mode prices, without WooCommerce Color and Image Swatches plugin (corect prices) (dropdown select)

color A, size 2XL – price 15$
color A, size XS – price 10$
color C, size XS – price 20$
color D, size D – price 20$
color F, size 2XL – price 25$

With WooCommerce Color and Image Swatches activated:

color A, size 2XL – price 15$ – corect (#1 variation)
color A, size XS – price 20$ – incorect (#2 variation)
color C, size XS – price 20$ – corect (#4 variation)
color D, size S – price 20$ – corect (#4 variation)
color F, size 2XL – price 20$ – incorect (#3 variation)

My thoughts:

This plugin does not take into acount the order of variations and their logical values (exclusions)

No update for this plugin for quite a while.
No response on developer site at this problem.

Woocommerce team, be more carefull whit your developers and your products.

P.S. On simple products no problem. All ok.

This may be a bug of woocommerce or this plugin. Please come up with a solutions. Thanks!
