woocommerce product thumbnails did not hook

I just updated the Woocommerce Single Product Page Customizer plugin and now the “woocommerce product thumbnails” position won’t hook in place after doing a test. All other hook positions are working. did the code for that area change when updated? I looked up how to do this through functions snipet and many were talking about how the code changed in that area and to update it. I don’t want to put it in functions snippet because this plug-in should very easily do it. I am trying to figure out if it is a theme or the plug-in’s ” product thumbnails” hook code as to why it is not working in that area?
