    Hi,

I’ve been trying to figure out where I could edit the product tabs to put information. The product tabs appear well on the product pages.

If I go to the product pages under WooCommerce, I can’t get these tabs to appear on the dashboard. I’ve made sure that the option to display the tabs for editing for every product has been ticked from the screen options. Not sure what I’m missing here.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
    Thank you!

    Hi @emeshto,

Just to be sure, are you referring to the following tabs?

It seems that you have a few custom tabs added to your product page. Thus, if the issue concerns custom tabs, I would recommend checking with the developers of the tool or code that you used to add the tabs.

On the other hand, if you are referring to some other tabs, kindly elaborate further so that we can assist. Screenshots might be a good way to pinpoint the issue and I would recommend using https://snipboard.io/ for sharing screenshots here.

    Thanks.

    HI @abwaita!

Thank you for your swift response!

I’m referring to these tabs https://prnt.sc/1be102r

When I go to the dashboard to edit each product page under WooCommerce, I can’t seem to find where to edit them. Shouldn’t these tabs be visible here https://prnt.sc/1be1nkw

Many thanks in advance for your kind assistance.

    Hello,

The tabs that are included in core WooCommerce are Description, Additional Information and Reviews: Link to image: https://snipboard.io/BnZVoU.jpg

And the following are how the information is added from the back-end:
    Descriptionhttps://snipboard.io/CEwHtJ.jpg
Additional Informationweight & dimensions and/or attributes
Reviews – this field is for customers to leave/see products reviews.

If you have added custom tabs by using a page editor plugin (e.g. Elementor), as @abwaita suggested previously, I recommend reaching out to the plugin developer and ask how to edit the information.
