WooCommerce Product Sub-categories not Showing Below Main Category in Menus

    Referring to the above mentioned subject; we have tried all the suggestions mentioned online, but the products sub-categories (hierarchy) still won’t show underneath the main categories – see https://ibb.co/ScYBwDv.

    Not sure what else we need to do to solve this, as we need to build a mega (multiple-column) menu for the product categories, but currently cannot do so.

    Hello @divan-web-devine,

    I checked about this on my testing site and confirm that this is working fine on my end as shown here.

    Could you please switch you current theme to a default theme such as Storefront and check if it works?

    If the issue persists, please run a full conflict test to confirm if a plugin is conflicting here.

    We tried switching to a default theme, disabled all the plugins, etc. but the issue persists.

    Not sure what else can be done.

    Hello @divan-web-devine you are using Avada which is a premium theme. We do not support premium themes. Especially building a mega menu. You are best to reach out to their support thru ThemeForest.net.

    I will state that be default product categories do not show in WP. You have to go into screen options and make sure they are checked. As well as anything else related to WooCommerce.
