WooCommerce Product – Social Network – Thumbnail Error

that’s weird!

I can’t reproduce the bug on my side.

Do you have any error on your browser console? (F12, console tab, then try to upload a file to this field using the media uploader).

There is no additional error, when I upload another picture, but even when I clear the field to have the default in there it is double.

Here is a screenshot of the console with all errors – already before changing the thumbnail:

Something odd: When I click into the field the thumbnail preview magically appears.

If you create a brand new page, do you have the issue?

We can’t reproduce the bug on our side and no other similar reports so it’s quite strange.

No problem on a brand new product page – very interesting.

I cannot really delete that product and recreate it, because there are sales on it :/

Maybe the solution is to edit the HTML using the Inspect element tool of your browser then save the product.

I tried to do it in the HTML and saved it.

Now I even see both links as “default” in the box:

You have 2 og:image in your source code, that’s why you get the error.
We’ll improve this to only get the first image we found.

So this is a bug that you can fix on your side? That is good to hear! Thank you ??

Yes and no. The second og:image is not added by SEOPress but by your theme or another plugin. It’s allowed to have multiple og:image on the same page.
But it’s more complicated to handle with different plugins/theme options instead of one.

Hmm. I should only have standard plugins and I am using Divi as Theme. So more Mainstream :/

Can I send you the plugin list via mail or so? Dont want it to appear online for security reasons. Can I also delete the screenshots or do you still need them?

You can delete the screenshots.
We don’t provide support by mail for the Free version.
Try to disable all plugins (except SEOPress Free and PRO) and reactivate them one by one to find the culprit. Clear your cache too each time you reactivated one plugin.

Oh this is all in the free version? I am of course Pro customer since years.
