Woocommerce Product Setup (not fee)

I am looking for a plugin for woocommerce that gives the option of creating a setup price regardless of quantity. Most plugins create a fee. Instead I am looking it to be worked into the per peice price and rounded correctly.

Even better, would be if the price is displayed in real time on the product page as well.

Example:
20+(quantity(377)*price(1.03)) = 407.16, price would be 1.08 each

Normally if it does not function like a fee, the price total would be 408.31 with a per peice price of 1.08305039 etc
