    Hello,

My woocommerce product contains some custom taxanomies. In my website search, it displays ok.

Can the same function works at woocoomerce product search backend? (Inside wp dashboard, go to Products > Products)

No. That’s just not very compatible with Relevanssi. If you want a Relevanssi-powered search in the backend, you can use the Dashboard > Admin search search, you can set a product post type restriction there as well, and that has the full Relevanssi searching capabilities.

lol actually it works with woocommerce product search backend also.

I just ticked the Use Relevanssi for admin searches, and now it shows the product results same as the front-end results.

    Thank you for the reply!

Well, it may or may not work – some people have reported it doesn’t, some people say it does. So it depends on your site config somehow, I guess. But good if it works for you.

Thx for this great plugin @msaari. would also like if the woocommerce search would provide Relevanssi results but maybe in the near future this is possible. thx!

@skempenaar You can always use the Dashboard > Admin search, that gives you Relevanssi-powered results that also include WooCommerce results. The WooCommerce backend product search is something I just can’t control: I’ve had it work just fine, so I’m not really sure what’s the problem.

thx for your response. yes indeed the admin search gives the correct response. but as a shop owner you want to manage the given data. in our case we want to create categories based on content that is imported with AFC. works great on the frond-end but not on the back-end where we are able to provide a categorie for the product with a specific themacode. i’ve used the word “dino” on front-end. the greenbook is getting displayed because of the AFC content. it’s more a bulk manage related feuture request.

Well, there’s an edit post link on the Relevanssi admin search as well, so you can manage the data as well… but yeah, bulk editing capabilities are a different thing, and I’m not really interested in trying to replicate the WP post listing features in the Relevanssi admin tool, since it’s mostly a debugging tool anyway.

@msaari sure i understand. im very thankfull for the awesome work done in this plugin.
    good day!
