Woocommerce Product Saving Issue (Urgent)

    Hi,

    I am facing an issue with saving products.

    Whenever I add products and then either save a draft or publish, the next added product replaced the previous one.

    I do not know what is causing the issue. I have tried everything possible to fix this. Like, deactivated all plugins.

    Please, How to fix this issue?

    Hi there,

    To troubleshoot this further, can you share a copy of your status report as found under **WooCommerce > Status**? Also, did you run a conflict test (themes and plugins) as outlined at https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/how-to-test-for-conflicts/ ?

    Thanks! Did you run that conflict test I asked about? Also, are you seeing any fatal errors in the logs at **WooCommerce > Status > Logs**?

    Yes, I have done the conflict test. And also there’s no logs.

    Hmmm, if a conflict test doesn’t help and there are no error logs, someone would need to log into the site (and possibly the database) to take a closer look. Unfortunately, login details aren’t allowed in this forum and the next step would be to get in touch with a web developer or customisation expert to take a closer look into that.
