WooCommerce “Product Page” widget malfunction

Hi there!

When you mentioned testing with another theme, did you specifically test with Twenty Seventeen or Storefront? We would suggest testing with one of those, as those are the most compatible with WooCommerce.

If you still have trouble with Storefront, let us know!

I tested with twenty seventeen and still showed the same issue.

Could you please share a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status.
Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”.? Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.
