    Greetings!

Translatepress worked perfectly fine before, but recently the whole page is translated but when going to a WooCommerce product page – more than half of the strigns aren’t translated. I can’t seem to figure out what’s the problem.
I tried the HTML fixing in the settings and all other options there were.
When I click ‘Translate page’ and hover over the untranslated strings, it shows no option to edit.
I have an automatic backup plugin and restoring a two week old backup doesn’t fix the problem. I’m completely lost what would the problem be.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hello,

Could you try displaying the same content using our Conditional Shortcode and see if this still happens?

Let me know how this goes.

The thing is, this doesn’t apply to the current content, because it’s dynamic.

The first thing that I saw from the beginning of the page is the menu. It doesn’t get translated on the product page, but is translated on every other page.

As I said in the OP, it worked before and it just appeared this week. I applied the back-up from the previous week and it was still broken. I don’t know what would be the cause.

I was wondering if there’s a limit to translated strings in a single page or plugin-wide.

    Hello,

Our plugin does not limit the translation of strings.

Are you using automatic translation? That is the only thing that could limit your string translation.

    No, I’m not.
    The issue is still there.
There are no errors when looking at either the console nor in the whole HTML.
And I’m avoiding updating the whole woo-commerce plugin because it should’ve worked as it did before.

Can you find the strings in the string translation drop down?

In Latvian – yes. There is the full complete list of the strings.

But as I switch to Russian, it just shows 2 random strings. Though some words and sentences are translated, not all nor are they being shown in the list.

EDIT: As I just tried out, the problem is only with Russian.
When I switch to English. All the strings are showing up. Is there maybe a cache I can clear or something that’s prohibiting Russian from accessing all the other strings?

    Hello,

Are you using a caching plugin ?

If yes , try disabling it.

Could you also look for those strings in the database ?
So we can check if those translations are actually saved or not.

Look into your wp_trp_* tables and let me know.

    Best wishes,
