WooCommerce Product Options

We would like to use woocommerce for customer sandwich orders.
The idea is we will have two products – large/small sandwiches and in each you will have the option to choose:
-Type of bread
-Meat (multiple choices)
-Cheese (multiple choices)
-Condiment (multiple choices)Ideally you could add two or more sandwiches, each with different options in the shopping cart.
At checkout we would want them to just place the order without paying and when they come to the store they pick up and pay at the POS.
Is this a something that woocommerce can handle?
