Sorry to hear about the issue. It could be a plugin conflict or third-party codes causing the issue. If it doesn’t work with a default theme like twenty twenty two , then you can try to deactivate the third-party plugins, child theme (if you are using any), and custom codes related to WooCommerce (if you have used any) and check the issue.
