woocommerce product lightbox out of alignment

When clicking on the product on a product page, the product lightbox, rather than being centered vertically, is nearly entirely off the bottom of the screen. Does anyone have any idea where that setting might be located? I identified the class via Firebug, but I can’t find it in my cpanel.
