WOOCOMMERCE PRODUCT IMAGES SLIDER SUPPORT REQUEST

I am posting here after submitting this same question through support on your Desire Press website and not receiving a response.

Are you going to continue to support this plugin going forward? I like it, and so far it is the best plugin of its kind that I have found. However, I am concerned that it has not not been updated in almost a year. Can you advise when or if a future update is forthcoming?

My second question is in regards to a glitch that I have reached out about a couple times before but have not received any kind of feedback or resolution. This has to do with the navigation arrows on the slider (not on all browsers but specifically on Chrome) where if you use the arrows to navigate between pictures in the gallery then move your mouse away, it causes the navigation arrow to jump around on the screen.

I am experiencing this issue on every product on my site that has at least enough pictures to utilize the slider, but here is an example of a link to a product that is having the issue. https://artfactory.com/product/hand-carved-forest-scene-door/

I think this is a great plugin overall and do hope that you will continue to support it. Outside of this one issue I am having with the jumping arrows the plugin works perfectly and does exactly everything I need it to. I would great appreciate any information or assistance that you can offer in regards to this matter.
