Woocommerce product gallery bug

    I am no coder, but I noticed a bug in the product gallery. When you scroll through the product images, it displays the main product image twice.

    For example, there are four images in the link attached, but the gallery displays five?

    It began doing this a few weeks ago. Is this a new bug? I have attached a link, but it does this for all products

    Any assistance would be much appreciated; thanks.

    Please could you share a screenshot of your image/gallery area within the product settings, specifically the area displayed in the screenshot below:

    Thanks for your assistance, Roxanne. Hopefully, the image can be viewed. The system report is also copied.
    It appears to duplicate just the main product image, not anything from the gallery. Thank you.

    Thanks for sharing the Status report and screenshot.

    Nothing out of the ordinary stands out in the Status report, so as a next step please could you do the following:

    Navigate to?WooCommerce?→?Status?→?Tools?and do the following to see if it makes any difference:

    > Clear WooCommerce transients?
    > Clear expired transients?
    > Recount terms?
    > Regenerate Product lookup tables?
    > Regenerate shop thumbnails

    If that makes no difference, please clear all site and browser cache to see if this helps:

    If the issue persists, I would then suggest performing a full conflict test to rule out any theme/plugin conflicts.

    > Temporarily switch your theme to?Storefront
    > Disable all plugins except for WooCommerce
    > Check to see if the featured image is still duplicated.

    If the issue is no longer present, it means there was a conflict, and you can reactivate your theme, and check to see if the issue returns, if not, then start activating your plugins one by one, checking after each, until the cause of the issue is found.

    Thank you. I ran all the tests and the bug remained. I am currently switching my theme to storefront. It is asking me to -Enter the URL of the WooCommerce site you’d like to add this extension to:

    I have never personally seen this prompt before, would you mind sharing a screenshot of where you are seeing this? I noticed that you have a plugin called DreamHost Panel Login: by DreamHost which may be where this prompt is triggering from however before I provide a concrete answer to the question, I would prefer to be certain if you don’t mind.

    Hi Roxanne. It was the instruction above > Temporarily switch your theme to Storefront
    When I clicked on the Storefront link you provided it prompted me to install Storefront etc. I was getting confused, I don’t really know what I am installing.

    If you are referring to the below (please see below screenshots), then yes, you would need to select the website which requires this installation:

    If, for some reason, the installation is not successful, kindly download the extension, and navigate to Dashboard →?Plugins →?Add New →?Upload plugin to install and activate this.

    Thank you. The plugin won’t install. This is the message:

    Secondly, this message still appears at the top of the screen. I guess it has failed:

    Thumbnail regeneration is running in the background. Depending on the amount of images in your store this may take a while.

    Sorry, I realized that I navigated you to the plugin section, as opposed to the Theme section! Not my finest moment ??

    Kindly navigate to Appearance → Themes → Add New → Upload theme.
