Woocommerce product search is not working with divi theme. Shows empty(blank) page when we search with woo product search.

If the behavior can only be replicated on the Divi theme, please get in touch with the theme devs correctly at https://www.elegantthemes.com/contact/

If you can replicate the same behavior with Storefront theme, please get back to us with your System Status Report.

You can find it via WooCommerce > Status.
Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”.? Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.

As discussed with divi theme and they said if we need to work and return products after woo product search then we need to remove shop page from woocommerce->settings->products->shop page.

Right now we designed shop page with divi builder and showing products on shop page using divi shop module.

I tested this also when i removed the shop page from settings then woocommerce search function is working and shows products instead of blank page. but in that case our designed shop page is not working and it shows default woo shop page.

We can’t remove the shop page and we can’t disable the divi builder.

From divi support they said: We’re sorry but this is not a theme limitation, it’s a WooCommerce limitation

Please suggest us some solution for this.

Am I understanding correctly that while working with the default shop page, you’re not having any problems, and that the problem is only with the page you’ve designed with the help of Divi?

I see the support team informed that its a limitation from our end. That said, WooCommerce itself is a free and open-source extension. I’m not sure of the exact limitations they’re talking about, but we encourage them to post it as a report with details on what they expect to change at https://github.com/woocommerce/woocommercee

We would not be able to further assist this via this thread.
