WooCommerce Product Descriptions not Pulled for Pinterest Pin

  • For WooCommerce archive page (the “Shop” page that displays all products) & for WooCommerce individual product pages (w/ featured image & supplementary images), the Pin it button is not pulling the image descriptions from the media library. Is there somewhere that I can give you the link to my site privately so that you can check it out?

    Also… your donate PayPal page is in Polish? Is it supposed to be that way? Just wanted to make sure I am clicking on the right link.

    Hi @brookebot,

    I believe I’ve seen a similar issue before and it was related to how WooCommerce operates and not much I could do to help (besides coding some sort of solution for WooCommerce). Unfortunately, I run all support issues through this forum. If you want me to look at your website to try to figure out what’s the issue, you must post the details here.

    Neither WooCommerce product archive images or individual product images on WooCommerce Pages pull the image descriptions from the media library.
