    I don’t suppose that you have _* in your custom field blacklist, right?

    Remove it.

    If you don’t, then please provide me with a broadcast debug dump (see FAQ).

    Hi Edward, thanks for the very quick response. Yes we have that in the custom field blacklist, I removed it and it seems working now. Thanks! Will mark this as resolve.
