    this is what it says.

    what can I possibly do, so thankful for your help.

    Try deleting the directory wp-content/plugins/woocommerce-simply-order-export/classes via FTP or your hosting control panel’s file manager app, then reinstalling the plugin.

    Delete the directory wp-content/plugins/woocommerce-simply-order-export
