• We have a WordPress website utilizing WooCommerce plugin. Website had been working fine until this morning, but now product pages aren’t displaying products.

    After logging into WordPress, I can see that all of the products are still loaded. However, when I try viewing the WooCommerce product categories, nothing displays. When I try adding a new product category, WordPress seems to “delete” the category as soon as I refresh the page.

    I can confirm that the database entries for all products and related categories still exist. Additionally, all of my product categories exist in the “Select a category” drop-down menu within WooCommerce (I can even filter by any of the product categories, and the filtering works).

    Any ideas as to what is blocking WordPress and the database from working 100%?
