Hello, I initially thought this issue may of been corrected by accident but it’s not. I need to solve this issue that came up and I have no idea how to fix this?
Of all my woocommerce products there is one category that some of my images are perfectly normal and some are whacked out large. I started playing around with the Default Product Sorting Tab and this is what i noticed:
Default sorting (Custom…..) i have page one 4 good images and 7 large images as shown in jpg. On page 2 all the images are perfectly sized.

Popularity (sales) shows page 1 all good and page two has 3 of my products huge and the rest are good.

    average rating is same thing

sort by most recent- page 1 shows all images normal, page two shows 2 rows of product images, then the third row has one normal and the next 3 images in the center of the page huge.

sort by price (Asc) page 1 has 1 product good rest all large.

Sort by price (Desc) BOTH PAGES ARE SIZED NORMALLY.

My website is not live yet and for months has been good, i deactivated most of my plugins and no change. Help would be appreciated, but i am not a high tech css code person, i only know so much.

  • Hello @todds15 ,

Okay, I can see the issue.

From your page’s source code, I can see that there is an unwanted tag in between the product list – https://prnt.sc/110w9f0.

It’s possible that it is coming from your theme. Can you please try this while having a different theme activated? Try while using a theme like Storefront.

More details on the conflict test here.

Let me know the update on your issue.

    Thank you ??

Rashed….i switched over to storefront theme and everything showed great with all the different settings with products per row and per page. What can i do now and thank you! I just switched hosting companies….but i believe there are still must use and drop in plugins from my previous hosting company listed. Could this be a conflict as well? If not isn’t there an easy fix for this becuase it’s only affecting one product line of mine and all the rest are looking great where the images are concerned.

    Hello @todds15 ,

Since you have already found that the product list works fine on other themes, I believe the issue is only coming from your current theme. Other plugins do not seem to be an issue here.

I will recommend getting in touch with the theme developers and seek their suggestions about this. Most of the themes provide compatibility with WooCommerce so they can check their files and suggest the solution for this exact issue.

    Thank you ??
