    hi

    This is something very frustrating. After upgrading woocommerce 7.8.0 -> 8.8.3, ALL my product attributes are gone.
    However, in the database I still see them.

    I tried every solution online of this known bug, but the only solution is to restore the back-up, and stay with the older plugin & wp.


    How can I fix this please ?

    This issue of disappeared product attributes also arise when just updating woocommerce from 7.8.0 – 7.8.2.

    Can somebody please help with this issue ? I read of similar product attribute bugs, but couldn’t find a fix …

    Hi @jessy86

    Did you manage to upgrade the database to the latest version after updating WooCommerce? Were you also able to perform a conflict test? What were the results?

    To help us troubleshoot the issue more effectively, could you set up a staging site, update it to the latest version, and then run a conflict test? More info: https://woocommerce.com/document/how-to-test-for-conflicts/

    Additionally, please can you share a copy of the following:

    • System Status Report: Navigate to WooCommerce → Status. Select Get System Report and then Download for Support.
    • Fatal Error log: Share a copy of any fatal error log found under WooCommerce → Status → Logs.
