    Hi,

    I already install the plugin and follow the step for sync product accurately. But my woocommerce product not appeared in Facebook shop page.

    How could i solved this issue ?

    Please suggest any possible solution.

    I follow the guide and successfully synced all product from my WooCommerce site to FB shop.

    Thank you very much for your assist.

    But I would like ask for your help again.

    Recently, I already delete one of my Facebook page but the page synced with my others eCommerce site. In Facebook for Woocommerce plugin, I unable to delete the previous synced connection.

    It appear like this when I click ‘Manage Connection’

    Please let me know what should I do to delete synced connection.

    Thank you very much for your message and I’m really sorry to hear that our plugin is still causing you trouble. Happy to help troubleshoot this!

    This is an issue that sometimes can be caused when you’re trying to use our plugin. Our team is working with Facebook to resolve this is in one of the future versions of our plugin but for the time being, we can try the following workaround.

    Would you please download and install the following small plugin we’ve created? This will add a new tool available at WooCommerce > Status > Tools called “Reset Facebook for WooCommerce settings”. Please click the Reset Settings button here, and then navigate back to the Facebook for WooCommerce plugin settings screen to try again.

    Hello,

    I have been reading this thread. I am having the same issue of my products syncing to Facebook catalog but not showing in shop. I have been seeing this error message on Facebook: “Your Shop Can’t Be Published
    After reviewing your commerce account, we found that it doesn’t comply with our Commerce Eligibility Requirements, so your shop isn’t visible to potential customers…”
    Please help. I’m not sure what I did wrong.
