Can you set discount rules to ignore product addons?

For example, you have a product for £6 individually and set a 3 for £15, but the products in question also have a product addon available, say… £1 each.

So, user adds the 3 items, and then selects 3 addons… total should be £18, but in my testing… it’s not adding the product addons as a separate item, and bundling the lot into the 3 for £15 deal.

It’s recalculating the individual price of each item to be the product price, plus the addon price, making each product £7, and showing a saving of £6 instead of £3.

Any ideas of how to avoid that?

PS. Using pro version, but assume it applies to free and pro.

  • Hi

Thank you for connecting with us.

Is it possible to create a support ticket here -> https://www.flycart.org/support ?

With the support ticket, please let us know the Product add-on plugin you are using and also screenshots of your discount rule, the cart page along with the URL of the product page.

This would help us to know the issue better to provide you with a possible solution.

    Thanks,
    Team Flycart
