WooCommerce Product Add On

Hello team,

I got this plugin as part of my GoDaddy Pro WooCommerce setup and I want to use it to let customers upload text OR an image. However, when I run through the steps on my site via https://www.ltlbx.com/products the text and image don’t show up in the cart. This is the same for my secondary product page https://www.ltlbx.com/choose-a-bx/.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated ??
