    I am having a problem when the customer is choosing to buy as a guest. The buy as guest is activated but the looks like the details that he fills are not read by the system correctly. For example the email is not passed in the system and although he enters the address the system is not showindthe appropriate delivery options.

    Thanks for reaching out.

    I’m sorry to hear that you’re having issues with the guest checkout feature.

    I would suggest you check your guest settings and confirm that ‘Allow customers to place orders without an account‘ option is enabled. Also, check that ‘Allow customers to create an account during checkout‘ is enabled.

    If these settings are correct, there could be a different underlying issue. Please share with us any error logs that you can find under WooCommerce > Status > Logs, then copay and paste them via https://gist.github.com/ and send the link here.
