Woocommerce: Problem – Billing Address not showing on checkout screen

I am trying to automatically bill my wholesale customers using woocommerce.

However, woocommerce does not provide the option for them to enter their billing address in the Pay Now function. Therefore the payment gets rejected because of no match with the address AVS.

I saw on this guide from PaySimple it redirects them to the paysimple site where they can enter a different billing address that will match the card

How do I do the include the billing address field directly within woocommerce?

Please note that this no-billing-address-problem affects ONLY customers who click the “Pay Now” link in an email invoice. It DOES NOT affect billing address when customer orders through regular ecommerce store. However, we have many customers who pay later and use multiple cards with different billing addresses so it is necessary to re-enter the billing address whenever these customers elect to pay via the emailed “Pay Now” option
