WooCommerce Printful Integration Issue

    I am currently using WooCommerce on my Salient Themed WordPress website.
    I installed the Printful plugin and following the instructions to a Tee. When I try to add my first product to Printful, I always get an error message.
    Product was not added!

    Failed! The request couldn’t process fast enough, please increase the maximum execution time on your server. If that doesn’t help, check your server error logs.

    That’s all we know. If you need some help, please contact our support, provide the error code below, and we’ll see what we can do.

    However, the product shows up in my products list as Private. (Note: I’ve tried several different times and sometimes the product image doesn’t upload to my website. ) When I try to purchase it says, “There are no shipping options available. Please ensure that your address has been entered correctly, or contact us if you need any help.”

    When I click the refresh data on Printful, it has never been able to sync.

    I’ve done the following to try and resolve the issue:
    > Disabled all plugins other than WooCommerce and Printful
    > Changed to a different theme
    > Had my hosting provider increase my maximum execution time to 300
    > Uninstall and reinstall the plugin
    > Confirmed all API keys and plugins are up to date

    Everything in the status section of the Printful plugin is OK.
    Everything in the status section of the WooCommerce plugin looks normal.

    After contacting Printful, they suggest it isn’t an issue on their end.
    Please help if you have any ideas, I have literally tried everything!

    We see that you’ve also been in direct communication with our customer support team in relation to this and our developer team has also kept an eye on your store and not noted any errors with shipping rates generating upon checkout.

    Could you let us know if you’re still encountering these issues?

    me also facing exactly the same problem
    but there are errors showing on my printful>status
    1-WooCommerce authentication URL access Fail
    2-WordPress Site URL Fail

    RESOLVED (for the most part)

    I had to contact my hosting provider and have them whitelist the IPs used from Printful to push products to my website.
