Woocommerce Prices are wrong

  • Hello,

    We are having issues with prices in one of our ecommerces. For a product, as an example, where original price is set to be 10.00€ (including taxes), woocommerce shows 9.83€. For another product with similar price (9.99€), woocommerce shows 9.79€ to users. The differences go from 1.7 to 1.9% of the real price. We have cleared cache and checked tax options and everything seems to be rigth. Do you know where can be the issue?

    Finally, prices are correctly shown again. I’m not completely sure but I think the issue can be linked to the plugin EU VAT Compliance. I went to wp-admin >> Woocommcerce >> EU VAT Compliance >> Settings >> Other WooCommerce tax options potentially relevant for EU VAT compliance >> Default Custommer Adress, and changed it to Shop base address and saved. And then I changed it back to Geolocate address and save. Hope it helps someone.

    Prices are shown relative to your location when geolocation is enabled. So you must have been geolocated outside of the taxable area. This would change on checkout.
