• I have searched high and low but not found anything on this particular issue.

The WooCommerce price filter widget shows up on about half of my parent category pages. If you work your way accross the site’s main navigation, you will see what I mean: styleinvyte.com . It is visible on Sunglasses, Handbags, and Watches but not visible on Clothing, Shoes, or Jewelry. (see left side of page towards top.)

(Don’t be surprised if you see only a few images rendering, its because I am still working on getting the new images uploaded, and because this theme requires running Regenerate Thumbnails every time new images are uploaded via FTP.)

For background, I just recently migrated the site from shared Hosgator account, to an account on WPEngine which is optimized for large WP sites. Prior to the migration, this issue did not occur. I exported/imported both my database (myphpadmin) and the site content (SFTP). There were no glitches with database, and during FTP, I only caught one error file during the SFTP upload to my new host, and the file was in a plugin directory that I later disabled/uninstalled (can’t remember which one) but whatever the file was, it caused no visible issues before or after I got rid of the plugin.

I am concerned that some data corruption may have occured during migration and will require a reinstall of WP ( just updated to the lates WC yesterday, that did not solve.) I am hoping it is something simpler that can be corrected without reinstalling, since I recently lost several days doing the migration.

Any assistance would be appreciated, thanks in advance!

  • Hi Dou9las,

In my case the price filter didn’t shop up on any page. Deactiving WooCommerce and activating it again solved it for me. Maybe you can give it a try.
